Most of what we market is residential stock in Dubai's mid and upper tiers — apartments in Business Bay, Al Jaddaf and Jumeirah Village, villas and duplexes in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, and off-plan releases we've taken directly from developers.

We keep the team small on purpose. The agent who shows you a unit is the one who negotiates it and sits with you at the Land Department for the transfer. Nothing gets passed to a call centre, and nobody is working forty listings at once.

Every property we advertise carries its Trakheesi permit number, which you can verify with the DLD before you ever get in a car. It's the simplest test of whether a listing is real, and we'd rather you applied it.
